Well, today I went to Rome again. My 4th time there now. Knowing My bus left the base at 0730, I set My alarms for 0555. Somehow I managed to shut them off and keep sleeping. Wow. Italy hasnt changed a bit. I mean, the base has made small improvements, and the security level is up to B+, which means tighter security, but that aside everything is the same. Well, My car is officially no more.. Vehicle Reg called Me, none-too-thrilled. They were quite right, My registration had been expired since Feb, as had My inspection and My vehicle pass. So because it was expired and because the exhaust was basically shot, I couldn't drive it to the scrapyard; I had to have a tow truck come to the base and take it ( Read more... )

This morning I took My pt test. I exceeded in Push-ups and Sit-ups.. I needed 39 push-ups and did 54; I needed 45 sit-ups and did 65. Why, you ask? Because your pt score counts as promotion points, ergo the higher the score, the more promotion points. My 2-mile run I needed a 17 minute, which is basically easy even though I'm a slow distance runner ( Read more... )
