Interesting chapter. I liked this confrontation between John and Mycroft - definitely was going to happen at some point. I like how insightful John is - it's not always you can surprise Mycroft Holmes.
Just a note: this is a wonderful chapter, but there are quite a few grammar and typing mistakes that detracted from it. e.g. 'sis' instead of 'his', 'who's' instead of 'whose', 'you r' instead of 'your'.

I've been half looking forward to and half dreading writing this scene. I felt like it needed to happen, but Mycroft is such a complex character. Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your comment.

I've been waiting for this conversation with anticipation and there's some wonderful visuals Mycroft had planetary systems in his head and I love this one too Like with Irene, only with less riding crops. HEE!

I am curious what Mycroft's conclusions are after this meeting. I'm afraid I'm a bit like John in that regard, Mycroft's brain is too large :)

It was something I was looking forward to writing. Mycroft seems a lot like a very storied actor, so good everything seems real and natural. There's just a sense about him, how he uses everything as a prop, the way each movement seems blocked out. I'm glad I was able to bring the visuals of that across.

You'll find out the conclusions Mycroft has drawn in the next (and final) story in the series, for now it will have to remain a mystery. :)
