Incidentally, does anyone know what happens when a paid account runs out? I know icons drop, but does the journal itself stay the same, or... I don't even know. Anyone?

You just lose your paid account features, so that would include any paid account layouts. I believe it automatically defaults to a Plus account.

There's no sneaky limit on archives or anything though, right?

It doesn't delete anything, or limit the size of your journal or your entry sizes, if that's what you mean. It's just the specific features available under a paid account. I think there's detailed info on what a paid account gives you on the accounts page, because I don't know all of them offhand.
