Well, $400 is REALLY pushing it. I can only really afford $350 or less myself. But I figured I'd have more takers if I put my absolute maximum. $400 would mean not eating much, and quitting drinking. :(
I need to find a place by the end of January or mid February. I don't have very good credit though. That's something I need to get cleaned up asap! I could totally live with you. I think you're so awesome!

hmmm...good luck sweetie...trying to find a place for that inexpensively with all that you require will be difficult. But you know I wish you luck dear.
