Yuck. Sorry about the inconvenient living situation and everything else. If I could, I would gladly let you start moving stuff in today. I don't know if you got my email (yesterday, I think?) but if you wanna store some stuff over here I have some room in the garage. Not the cleanest place, but as long as stuff is sealed well and off the floor it should be ok.
