I don't know if you remember me talking about it a couple of months ago or not ~ but shortly after we moved here I developed an interest in getting a real estate license. I even looked at a real estate school, and found that I only needed about three classes, and it would only cost $500. It was looking pretty promising... the only thing that held me back is the fact that when I talked to a lady with the city about geography jobs, and mentioned the RE license, she said she didn't think it was very smart with me not knowing Houston very well... But you obviously know your area better ~ I say GO FOR IT! :o)

Yeah, I do remember you mentioning that. The long and foster process that i'm looking at will cost over $1000 with dues and startup tools and classes and licencing and god only knows what. We'll see. I'm going to read up some more about it!
