Pogs and Politics...

Preston honestly I am moved by your post about pogs. I was a pro had a three foot clear green case. My slammer was my clame to fame since it was steel with a sawblade tip and painted red with a sweet tiger on it.I loved the game and I still own all of my pogs. Id have them out right now but they are in our storage unit.

I was considered a "poor" kid, not owning many Pogs. I personally liked the glass ones, or at least when I was a child they were glass, could be just hard plastic and I was an idiot.

This brings me to my point-- fads. Pet Rocks, Gigapets, Beanie Babies, Tech Decks, card trading games, action figures (only meant to be kept in the box). Corporate America at its best. Hail the USA.

i heart pogs...michelle and i use to get so many from this store in plumsteadville if memory serves me right. michelle always got the good slammer and i always seem to have lost..except for the times i would cheat when she'd take a bathroom break..muahah.
