Let me just desribe to you what a girl at Northeastern actually saw fit to wear out in public the other day:

a) Tan Uggs
b) those tan Uggs had bright pink, terry-cloth sweatpants tucked into them
c) the sweatpants were matched with an electric blue tank-top
d) on top of that tank top was a black velour, zip-up hoodie.
No lie. Saw it with my own eyes.

some girl at UMD wears red shiny pleather high heels with striped leg warmers, jean pedal pushers, a thin camisole, and one of those puffy white jackets with the fur trim unzipped in zero degree weather.
