... I apologize for the disappearance as of the recent weeks. I was unable to contact most of those who had any business with me. If anyone has any curiousity to know why, it is because I am not exactly the richest person in this world as I couldn't balance out my budget, therefore several sacrifices were made. I had been making it out on my own

As a matter of fact, yes, I do. I had already finished half of the counting. I stopped for now as it will hurt my mentality to continue on pardoning invalid votes, unreadable penmanship, or the like. Honestly, how hard is it NOT to be an idiot? It would be very well appreciated if a helping hand is present.
