I miss physical activity myself. And going to the gym with my brother would be swell (the guy who exiled my cat to the curb).
I do find that walking on campus with the plethora of stairs is at least better than nothing. I do wonder with my chronic shortness of breath whether I'm catching emphazima. I guess I should consider contemplating whether or not it is in best interest to maybe take up the practice of "non-smoking."
