I enjoyed my sassy ladies (although they weren't nearly sassy enough! A little too PG, for me) but this year I went in a different direction with my calendars. Inspired by some of my awesome friends here I opted for two different charities that mean a lot to me. So without further ado...

I wish that I could've gotten two calendars for good causes. One is the 1bike1world calendar featuring Dean Nicholson/Nala the Bosnian cat (profits go to cat shelters around the world) and the other is/was the firefighters "down under" calendar with firefighters posing with different nonhuman animals (dogs/cats/koalas/wombats/etc.) whose proceeds are split between animal shelters and firefighting equipment (IIRC.)
Both are munchie-inducing, plus several of the animals in the second calendar are adoptable or they're going to be released back into the wild!

Sorry to hear it wasn't in the budget this year.

The problem was that I don't have a credit card or a debit card due to not having a banking account [identity theft].
Just picture your firefighter calendar but with Australian firefighters holding more than just dogs, some of the animals rescued during Australian fire season and/or surrendered to shelters due to their humans not wanting to/being able to care for them properly.
The other one is a travelog of the places Dean Nicholson and Nala have visited in Europe/Eurasia this past year, plus photos of Nala along with photos of a couple of dogs that Dean rescued. The profits go to rescue organizations around the world (overhead/vets/medicines for animals that need them/etc.) There are photos of Dean, too, doing whatever piqued his interest at the moment.
