I'm so sorry to hear the last year has been a struggle, old friend. I've been, and continue to wish you nothing but goodness. I have been struggling for the better part of a decade myself, if I'm being totally honest, but within the last year I've started watching all these therapy videos on YouTube (because I can not only not afford a shrink, but I wouldn't trust one, anyway) and it's really been helping me a lot. Helping me take accountability, especially... I am deeply sorry for the bitch that I was in the past. I've still got a lot of work to do on myself, but, having a more objective lens has been so beneficial.
