My Last Birthday on LJ...

Hello folks!

I have a little announcement... My birthday is approaching on Sunday the 11th, and it's going to be the last birthday I'll be celebrating on LiveJournal. I even have grave doubts about whether I'll be in the same country next year... *sigh* There's really no predicting where I'll stand a year from now.

'Kay, so whatever it is that's driving your life right now, it doesn't sound good. Which sucks eggs on a cosmic scale and you have my sympathies-and my empathy. My last response was brief as I posted it in a hurry, so I'll continue a bit. Even though my responses can never match the awesomeness of yours!

I shall carry your priceless pearls of wisdom & uniquely stimulating philosophy wherever I go. I have nearly drowned in stifling despair more times than I can recall, so thinking of your words will give me balm. I just want to rave one last time about the way you write Wolfram in your fics: beautiful, handsome, manly, fiery, fiesty, nuanced, solid & sexy.

And I can only hope that someone makes you smile as much as your response made me smile... *hugs*

Not really sure what I have to write/give to you. Usually for birthdays I take some graphic requests like wallpapers, icons, signatures, colorbars, layouts, and even maybe other things I could make via Photoshop. So, I'll just take request is dat okay? And oh, I can mail you something if you want like birthday card or anything. Cuz I'm not really good at writing anything and to be honest I barely know about you so yeah --"a sorry!

Btw, even if you move somewhere I do hope you could still be on lj cuz you can get internet everywhere in this century.

Lol that's fine there isn't anything particular that I'm after. But yeah, if it's not a problem for you, a wallpape of Wolf wouldn't be bad, as long as he looks really handsome. But then again, no pressure.

Well I know a little bit about you, you've participated in a Wolfram-centric discussion with me, & also recommended a good handful of Wolfram-centric stories to me... :->

LOL Thank you for the birthday offer, I really, really appreciate it!

I've never really commissioned any wallpapers before, so I forgot about providing the technical details like size of the computer screen. Actually I'm not very sure myself. So no pressure at all, just go ahead & make a normal picture as you would make one. I'll just save it on my computer to gaze at when I'm low, which is just a good as a wallpaper!

My friend, for example, made those pics for me (the ones you see in my post) ^_^

But just one thing, please don't include any cross-dressing or pink nightgowns in the picture. I really want him to look sexy and handsome, like he would in almost anything he wears. And the older he looks the better, though I know an age jump is hard to manage, so it's not necessary. Anyhow, I know you're quite talented enough to pull off a birthday pic

Y'know, I really don't comment much, because I never know what to say. But if there's one thing I can, it's that I cherish my KKM fandom friends very much.

KKM was the first official fandom I had since I returned to LJ. By far, it's been the nicest, most homely fandom I've ever been in. We met in kkm_caption I think. Our mutual love for Wolf and YuuRam made us friends. I'm not gonna forget that. :)

So whenever life takes you, no matter how rough, always remember there's LJ to be had, and fandom to be an anti-drug. Face whatever comes with a smile. You've always got friends to have your back.

Have a happy birthday dear~ I'm gonna miss your posts. ♥

I'll be around for another 6 months or so at least... And yeah, I'll really miss you and miss this when I'm gone...

And of course, the handsome and dashing Lord Wolfram was simply one of the things that lifted my mood every time I drifted through the fandom. It was the presence of fellow fans like you that added to the lovely experience ^_^

Thank you profusely for your comforting words, it may sound mushy, but you've no idea how much strength I'll derive from reading them ^_^

It was the presence of fellow fans & friends like you, that made the fandom experience unique. KKM was my first anime fandom, & Wolfram will always occupy a special place in my life. And so will you :->

Yes, I'm still thinking of ways to kickstart the community again, and as you said, a dose of Wolfram handsomeness is a big moodlift!

Things look hard and complicated on your side, so I wish you the best of luck. Sometimes life is a bitch, but believe it or not, with each hardship that comes your way, you become a better person.

That's the philosophy I keep trying to apply to myself, "This too shall pass & you shall emerge stronger"... Thank you for understanding, & your lovely words of encouragement.

And yes, I adore kittens as much as I rave about Wolfram! How did you know how much I love animals! ^_^ I certainly hope to spend a jolly good birthday with them :->
