A cheap trick...

If you cross your eyes, you can usually see them inside out. Otherwise, try holding it right to your nose and very slowly pulling it away from you. The blurryness of having it too close will keep your eyes relaxed.

I can see the second one. My eyes hurt now tho, too much computers at work.

I usually can only see the really obvious ones. It doesn't always help being red/green colourblind.

stare at it, stare behind it.. keep adjusting your focus slowly and eventually it just suddenly appears! :)
