Tonight is my last night on this road trip. Tomorrow I will go to where I grew up, and then sometime soon back to the Old Pueblo. I've been diligently keeping a journal, so here are a few excerpts.

Hopefully, in living life to the fullest, a person keeps himself from longing for a past that no longer exists. This line of reasoning has pushed me to do things I might not have done otherwise and always keeps life interesting. Although this might become harder to do as time goes on.

Thanks for sharing your entries... must be amazing to go on a trip like that. I haven't been to any of those national parks, those great natural wonders, since I was a kid. I have a feeling it would be a much different experience now. Glad you had such an interesting, thoughtful, beautiful time. And glad you're coming home. :)
