It has been a long time since I've posted. I've finally hit the 20# mark. Only 100 to go for my goal. Though I've not been working on the weights as much as I'd like, so I need to get back into that. I have been coaching my daughter's softball team, and that's taken quite some time, but has been a good three times a week activity
