I know, I know. Everybody hates it. But you know what? It's kinda necessary at times, so really, buck up, and just get it over with.

What the hell am I talking about??  I'm talking about the thing that people seem to hate and complain about the most: calling support for their services.

Yeah, I see SO much of that kinda thing on xbox. Not so much now that I'm on the RRS team, but do you know how many times they still demand I transfer them to MY supervisor? LoL, and they really don't like to hear that there IS nobody else above me that will take calls. And if they try to make and end run, they're just gonna fuck themselves over because anyone else they might contact will be a policy nazi, where my job is to try and make them happy.
