I have the worst headache today.  It sucks.  But it's keeping things quiet around here. The girls are cleaning their rooms. 3 minutes until I go back on the phones... I can't believe I did this, but coming out of the bathroom, I ripped my new shirt. I got a bunch of new clothes for working here, and I go and destroy them...  I'm so mad... I hope I can fix this... This was an expensive shirt...

I had my first day officially on the phones today. Yesterday I jumped on for an hour or two at the end of the day to gear up. Today, I was assigned my computer, my email, my desk and my extension.
