my name is amy. and you apply by clicking join at the top of a userinfo page. then you paste the application they have into a new entry and then fill it out and before posting, look at the bottom where it says "post to: dumazzgaf" and change your username to the community's name.

thanks about the layout thing. i got it from __rawrlayouts, but i changed the colors around.
