Thank you everyone for your support from the last post! I came back to work today to find an apology email from the client, letting me know it wasn't my messages, but another service pestering them. I feel the vindicated. :D

Thank goodness they apologized. It sucks they were so abusive to begin with but I'm glad they had the courtesy to at least own up and say they were sorry.
Yeah. Truthfully, I didn't think they were going to contact me again, and when they did, I braced myself for a reaming. It was a pleasant surprise, to be sure.
