Photo contest

I entered E in a photo contest. I have no idea what is going to happen with this. Many of my coworkers and our friends believe that E is extremely photogenic and could be a very fine child model. We don't necessarily want him to be a real child model in the sense that it interfers with his childhood, but if he could make enough money to pay for his

I had a similar thought with Griffin. He is getting to be more normally cute, but in my extremely biased mind I thought Griff was one of the most adorable babies out there. (There are a lot of funny looking babies out there.)

I was also tempted to enter him into a photo contest. Actually, it was a photo shoot/child modeling gig with contest. They were also national, but I wasn't sure how reputable they were. (I have the feeling they were more interested in pushing photo packages from the photo shoot on the parents then actually finding new child models.)

I finally decided that Griff was possibly cute enough to be a child model, but he wasn't calm and quiet enough to be one. We were occasionally able to get extremely cute picture of him, but since he would never sit quietly and happily on command he wasn't cut out for it.

But that's Griffin's story, and not E's. I hope E enjoys the attention and fun of having his picture taken! Good luck!

Does every mother have this impulse? I can't imagine how many entries they are going to get. Plus I have no idea when we will hear anything - or if we will hear anything.
