Successful Gig

I had a gig last night giving a talk on personality types and how to use your knowledge about yourself to change your interactions with others. This was a group of new leaders and I was one of a weeks worth of presenters. I got many compliments from the students and the group coordinator was extremely pleased. I was extremely pleased. I was using Myers-Briggs. This is supposed to be a full-day training and really get into temperment, stats, and use-of-self. They had 2 hours and I accomodated.

I would much rather have had the entire day and get into more leadership styles and use-of-self.
