Once, Dean could drive for days and hardly feel it, but he was older now and his lower back was complaining after only three hours - and it was five back to the Bunker.
He managed to get himself inside and into the shower, but he leaned against the cool marble wall, not moving when he heard the familiar sound of wings.
“Hey, Cas.”
“Hello, Dean.”
Castiel pressed a trail of kisses down Dean’s spine, then wrapped both arms around his waist and sent a wave of Grace through Dean’s sore muscles.
“Better?”
Dean turned to kiss him properly. “Much better.”
