I believe it! I have such a sweet-tooth and I REALLY have to excercise my will power muscle to resist all the goodies every day. It doesn't help that I live down the street from my favorite donut shop, either, especially now that it's cold and I can smell donuts whenever I go outside. It really DOES feel like a nicotene craving sometimes.

Also? I'd never heard the "breathing less" solution to global warming before. Talk about lulzy!

Oh, I totally believe it too. When I went off sugar for real earlier this year I went through a lengthy period of what sure as hell seemed like withdrawal symptoms. Cravings, depression, a sense that I didn't know what to do with myself and that something major was missing from my life... it was pretty bad, actually.

I am really glad I got off it, though. Other than the occasional, planned indulgence I rarely even think about it any more. And this from someone who used to LIVE for the next sugar fix.
