I'm down 5.6 pounds for the week, according to yesterday's weigh-in.  Not too shabby!  I've discovered a way to work the plan that results in better losses for me... I eat the bulk of my carbs at my dinner meal and only a few during the day.    Twice now I've done that for a week (along with walking and swimming every day) and lost big.  I'm sure ( Read more... )

Does no sugar mean no fresh fruit too? Cause I don't think I could live without fresh fruit.

I do eat fruit, since it's healthy. I don't eat a LOT of fruit, though. I have blueberries in my morning smoothie, pomegranate juice with breakfast, and maybe one more serving later in the day if I want it.
