A quick speed read through some of my friends list:

In the past year it would seem several of you have gotten married...and several of you have gotten divorced. Some have new loves, some have old loves. It's interesting.

Everyone should just comment and tell me what's going on with them. I don't have time to read all this :P

I hardly ever talk about my love life in public, but I've been spending a lot of time with someone who rocks. Looking forward to seeing where it goes. :-)

I don't tend to write so much these days, but I read my F-list often.

Let's see...I lost 45 pounds on Weight Watchers since March. And I'm going back to police dispatch for work, if the department I'm part-timing for can pull their heads out of their butts and make it happen. :)

In no particular order:

I've been job hunting these past few months; I was told my position was being eliminated in July, but they're paying me through the end of this month, and giving me my acculumated vacation pay after that, so money is OK for now.

I went to a couple of conferences (in Atlanta and Anaheim) and got a free tablet PC running Windows 8.

Mom's doing a lot better; we almost lost her after Thanksgiving, but two hospital stays and medication changes later, she rebounded nicely.

Oh, and my dad closed down all of his pizza restaurants and is now trying to launch another career as a restaurant consultant.

Other than that... eh, not a lot going on. ;)

Wasn't free in the first place. My dad is so honest, he wouldn't even give himself free pizza.

Lol, SF Bay Area, got to work 2 jobs to live an average middle class life.
Finally got an Indian summer, so nice way to enjoy the fall.
Likes: golfing a lot, cuz its sunny on the grass, and that is a good thing. But, man do I suck at this silly game
Dislikes: Talking to hipsters who have too much time and read Yelp restaurant research
