First of all, hugs. You are under a hell of a lot of stress, and the physical issues don't help matters much either. I'm so sorry things are turning out like this, and I wish I could do something to make it better.
It's time to take stock and reassess--is there someone you can talk to, someone professional and objective? I know a lot of school districts offer career counseling and if that's not possible, then maybe some sessions with a therapist might help.
If teaching has lost its luster, then it's time to move on to something that *does* give you joy and peace of mind. You are too good to lose to burn out.
