1. I really hate feeling homeless on campus. I only have one dorm room. I should be able to go there and feel comfortable. I should not feel like an unwanted guest

I imagine you might have a different room mate in your second year? If not, you could probably request getting another one. :\

Kill your roommate!

That solves lots of troubles.

Just, uh, don't do it before the beginning of the year, or you might get a new one to kill. After you go through two or three, you can develop a "reputation" at ResLife. And then the nice man from the FBI comes and tells you not to do that again.
