ever since i moved in, my days blur together. what did i do on tuesday? whatever it was, i might as well of done it yesterday because i can barely remember that. each day is the same fucking bore and i see the same stupid faces every day. everyone asks the same question over and over again: "wanna get something to eat

woo! go college! find some student organizations to get involved in. is there an amnesty international chapter around? women's rights group? no matter where you go, there are always going to be drunken assholes. you just need to find at least one person to laugh at them with. i know about teh suckage of public universities, but i also know how great they can be, too.

also once you get done with bullshit freshman classes you can take intellectually stimulating courses and hang out with cool GTAs.

Not down with what? Getting involved? Finding ways to cope with people on campus? Taking classes that pique your interest as opposed to being unstimulated by gen ed courses? College is, obviously, what you make of it and I've found attending a public university much more bearable by doing all of the above. Going to a private liberal arts/fine arts college was no different.
