I have spent the past two Sunday nights at the Hollywood Bowl. The first was to see Death Cab with Risa. I have so much love for this band their music and words that have found their way into capturing such big themes in the past couple years. Today I reunited with Tara and she introduced me to Ben Folds. Upon telling him that we hadn't seen each other in seven years he asked where I was from and when I said Los Angeles he said, "oh just my luck." Alright....... well I haven't exactly made it back to reality yet, thank god. I'm in a strange state of limbo but enjoying it. The feeling of unease about being back home has let up and I'm feeling happy to be in Southern California with days to fill with music, exercise, reading, writing, dancing, and seeing friends.
