This is so lovely, anon. Thank you so much! I loved that MAQUIA was the punchline, Kame with his balance between cigarettes, nail polish and the business, his script. I love seeing the Kame in this, that this is a story about nice things for Kame! How did you know he's my favourite???

I also loved: the domesticity of them sharing a house away from it all, even for a weekend, their discussions of superheroes, the casual and yet tense way the three of them come together for this weekend away-- the surfing, Kame with his camera and being stolen away by kids, Jin feeling left out and Kame and Pi showing Jin that he's being purposefully let *in*.

Just, oh, the three of them in this. The way that Jin's relationship with Kame isn't his relationship with Pi and Pi's relationship with Kame is something else. I loved that there were moments for each of those pairings, as well as lots of fun together with all three.

This is wonderful. Thank you so, so much!

I love akamepi and this fic is so lovely and warm and I love their interaction and the atmosphere sometimes tense, but mostly relaxing :)

Such a wonderful fic, I enjoy reading it and love your akamepi very much :)

Fuzzy feelings all over after reading this. I'm absolutely weak for trips/getting away fics and there's something about the whole beach setting that screams Akame/Pikame/Akamepi SO much. Kame and Pi surfing while Jin was looking was lovely to read. And there were so many little things, tiny notes that were thrown almost carelessly around but that manages to give the whole fic a mood of domesticity and.. comfort? Like Jin noticing how natural were Kame and Pi around, or how it was alright to sleep together, just wrapped around each other.. practicing Kame's lines while painting his nails and just falling comfortably in their three way domesticity. I adored it. And the final mention of Maquia wrapped it up perfectly. Balance was perfect way to describe them. I loved it, anon-san. Loved it <3

Awwww, writer-sama, you caught my attention with the lines from one of my favourite songs ever *__* let's not get into how I have completely been taken by surprise because the I have expected...er...something more superhero-ish

I have never really been a huge fan of roadtrip fics, more so roadtrip fics that has hints of Pin, but this was a lovely, lovely journey. I really, really like the way you have characterised them in such a relaxing situation - your attention to the little details of their personalities is amazing. Most of all, I love how you have made their relationship so effortless.

The start of this fic gives off a really strong feeling of nostalgia ♥ Kame's family's coffee mugs have a home-y feeling to them and the way they spend time in the car, listening to radio and all... I love it. It's like old friends reunited. Such a warm and playful feeling ♥

The beach scene was delicious. Jin watching Kame and Pi surf, the entire ordeal with the sunlotion and and Kame playing with two tiny girls... it's all very sweet and enjoyable.

The wallet moment between Kame and Jin at the convenience store register was one of my favourites, I think. I don't know, it was very brief and just a fleeting moment, but... I could feel the affection? Loved it.

Also, I like that you added the argument scene to show that not everything runs smoothly. Kame's photographs... I like Pi and Jin going through them and discussing them, it was lovely.
