Right now i'm watching miami ink and this dude got his neck tatooed with the initials of his best friends on his neck...you are that kind of friend...neck tatoo worthy.
eww, really? thank you, i am honoured, but, oh, please dont. imagine? others would get jealous, you know. like your parents and family and some friends. not to mention your hubby one day, and all your kids. even shanty and bailey would be jealous, i bet. and you, being the soft-hearted one that you are, would feel bad and get initials of EVERYONE on your neck (mine would be the biggest, of course)!! just imagine that...
hahaha. i like what megan said. yep, so it was good times. yes it was. thanks. and i was thinking about the balance thing, and i got thinking about the different between balancing two extremes--as in, having an equal amount of both extremes--and living in the middle of those extremes, possibly more neutral ground. you think it's different? you think one is more what we're talking about than the other?
hmm... i'm not sure what you mean, exactly. i think you're right, though, living in between two extremes. but hey, what do you think of this: i was at church yesterday thinking about all the couples i know and i realized that my "normal" friends are with quite "normal" people and my more "fanatic" friends are with other "fanatics". but, the fanatics generally are with other fanatics that cover some shortcoming of thier own, while the normals are... just with normals. but i have found a trend in the similarity of interests in all the couples -their personalities differ, but they generally have similar interests. it's interesting, anyway.
ps-- the Lord's been teaching me tons about my life and the balance he wants to bring! it's like that weekend in vancouver was the prerequisite (SP) to what the Lord is now doing in my life. it's awesome.
