I try to compliment at least 3 people every day that I'm at work. It makes me take notice of others, so I don't get locked in my own head. It lets me see someone smile, which is a reward in itself. It is a little thing that I do to reward myself for being alive & healthy & working

still, whenever I see someone with crazy hair colors, I'll usually grin and throw a compliment on it at them.
