I turned 38 on the 28th March - I made it this far without losing my mind or my body. I still have the energy of an 25 year old - if not more. The benefit of this age is I know stuff - I say no, I say yes, I advise, I listen. As a young friend said to me ' you are of Earth when I think of you, you are grounded, you are real' So, blessings come in
