I'm confused ... so minors can attend classes w/o an adult/guardian? Or they still need one to go?

In a nutshell:
If they are 12 - 17 and the class is in an A&S tent not in a private camp or merchant area then yes, they can attend the class.
If it's in a merchant area or a private camp they need an adult.
If they are under 12 they need an adult.
For the teachers that have a minor there will be roaming volunteers to sit in the class to be the second not related adult so that they can attend.
If they disrupt the class, they will be asked to leave.

Yeah, I saw this and thought, it's prolly a good idea. Don't know why other folks seem bothered by it.
