We really like pasta and trying to find a good gluten free has been shall we say interesting. Some have been okay some not so much but none really what I would call good. I not going to argue with that :D I'm having so much fun with this. I like orange and chocolate together so I'm thinking about trying a mix of orange, ginger and rum with it. Worked in my truffles so I think it will be good in this. Plus
I have more dough to use.

Thanks I'm so glad I have found these recipes. I did not want to have to stop making some of my favorites now I don't. So far I have bread, pasta, pot stickers, and breading for chicken and stuff. I had a fantastically flaky empanada dough but can't remember which flour I used so have to do some more research on that one again. Still don't have gnocchi down but working on it. I do love playing in the kitchen.
