The cold Turkey quitting isn’t going as well as I would like. So far I am still only smoking OPC’s (Other Peoples Cigarettes). This is still doing better than my other recent attempts at quitting. On my worst days I haven’t gotten past the 5 cigarettes a day and on my best days I don’t have any. Now the goal is to have more of the best days and
