Why, oh, why can I not friend people who have friended me?  LJ insists I need to log in, even though I can post with no probs.  This is nuts...

I have no idea. I can't log in to ask a question. I can post and nothing else. And I do mean nothing else. When I try, it brings me back to the login page but won't let me log in. Lemme try something else...
