Ok, I've been at it for about a week, missing two days this week (had to be at work at 6:30 a.m. and not wanting to disturb Anjee at tv when I returned home -- when she returns to Korea next Saturday I'll probably start tacking on after work time).
My center of balance is to the right -- but today when I did the fitness test after training, I managed to stay balanced. I was quite impressed with myself.
Game unlock: I may be earning enough credits to unlock new games quickly, but that certainly doesn't mean that I'm ready for them.
Yoga -- breathing is going pretty well though I tend to be a bit unsteady at times. I've only tried poses that involve keeping both feet planted somewhere since I don't do well standing on one foot. That's a goal for much later.
Strenth training -- I've looked at the options and am not ready for them yet. I'm not in good enough shape to tone and firm.
Aerobic training -- Though I've unlocked the advanced, I'm sticking to basic step; I usually do ok on that, though occasionally my lack of coordination kicks in. Hula hoop -- they unlocked the advanced because I'm doing well with it? In whose world? And today I did my first run, and can tell that I really challenged myelf wiht that. I hated it, and will probably continue to do it each day.
Balance -- Again they've unlocked advanced, but I'm sticking to basic slalom. Balance board, I'm really lousy at that but have made it to 5th level. I've also attempted the soccer header game two days in a row and have a real issue with it: my instincts kick in and I start ducking to avoid the balls. Of course, I manage to get whapped in the head often enough by shoes and panda heads to take away most of my points.
Anyhow, I'm finding the workouts to be enjoyable and actually do feel pretty good afterwards. Any comments, recommendations, or information on how to add friends?
