My stomach is in knots right now. Yes, I know that the results are early, that few states have closed their polls, that few of the precincts even in those have reported. However, when I see the percentages I get really, really worried.

I just spent the last 5 hours helping the youth from our church with a service project. We made a meal in the church kitchen, then transported it to Rockville to the Community Based Shelter. The kids had to serve all of the shelter residents before eating their own supper.

After Tuesday I'll probably receive an awful lot less e-mail. I've grown rather accustomed to several daily messages from my political "friends" (yes, according to what I read each day, I'm pretty much on first-name basis with candidates and their families ( Read more... )
