Poor puppy. I hate it when dogs die/are hurt. I love puppies so, so, so much.

If they didn't bother to microchip it, put a collar and tag on it OR keep it in a secure yard, they obviously didn't care about it very much so you should waste no tears on THAT family.

That is true, but I can't help it, I'm crying more so for the dog if anything...

I'm going to burn the collar and give it a fairwell that it deserves!
