So I'm going to write a letter to my roommate telling her that she needs to be more conscientious (Sp?) of keeping our common areas clean and doing her portion of the chores on her own accord. Anyone have any ideas? She so has a crush on my boyfriend which really pisses me off. Like she calls him all the time, he obviously doesn't talk to her

having a crush on your boyfriend and calling him all time is NOT ok. Make sure he doesnt answer the phone when she calls. If he answers, she's more inclined to keep calling. Maybe your boyfriend will tell her to stop calling or something
