thanks for the cook book picks.. i've definitely looked through both Nigella's and Jamie Oliver's books. my indispensable cook book is "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone" by Deborah Madison.. I also love "Pleasures of the Vietnamese Table" by Mai Pham.. Its very authentic and easy to follow...
