i did have fun - when i actually went to look around for stuff to buy, there was so much to look at that i ran back to the booth. but mandy gave me eight million stamps so i'm all set. there are other non-cute stamp companies, but you have to know where to find them - its like a war between the cutes and the non-cutes!
those rolls did look good. are you a scrapbooker as well as a stamper? I am intrigued by that stuff. I have a small collection of stamps, but I too find most stamp options to be cutesy.
i'm not a scrapbooker in terms of buying all the framing paper and sticker stuff. i'll just put things like photos,ticket stubs and poems all together in ways that i find interesting... here is a non-cutesy retro stamp co.: http://www.papercandy.com
