Canadian taxes suck devikakeral December 3 2003, 12:44:38 UTC
You know, I really do believe that Canada is the promised land, but I refrain from purchasing retail there because of the 18% tax (province and federal) added on to the bill. Are you talking about things being cheaper in Quebec? I'm talking about Ontario.

Hmmmm... I never really noticed the high taxes there and I've been to Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto. I must have been blinded by the exchange rate! I wonder if the tax is that high for on-line purchases???

MORE product! do you have a secret hoard of zillions of products that you've never used? i don't understand how one person can possibly use everything i know you've bought!
tell me about the shampoo bar... i don't know if i would ever be able to overcome the feeling that i was washing my hair with ivory, which i know does horrible things.

I probably have about 8 bars of soap all queued up and waiting to be used, so obsessed with soap am I! Regarding other products I don't have that much actually.. LUSH solid shampoo is great. It lathers up really well and rinses away nicely....

The products are not actually cheaper in Canada, you just
