Weekend highlights were seeing "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" with moxiegirl , karaoke with Lauren (duet of "Into the Groove"), playing Anagrams and Pictionary in one night (!), almost going to the biggest casino in the world, and finding Yo La Tengo's "Fake ( Read more... )

I love Mark Ruffalo too. Another actor that reminds me of him, and I also like, is Vincent D'Onofrio.

I finally looked up this Mark Ruffalo on IMDB. I think I may need to see him moving in a movie or something. I never did see "In the Cut" but it is first on my netflix queue right now.

I think it is great that you are being Ms. party girl. Please make sure you tell me all about it so that I can live vicariously through you. I miss those days!

We just saw Eternal Sunshine and I kept thinking about what you said the New Yorker said. I really like Mark Ruffalo (our friend Daniel says In the Cut is one just one sex scene after another for him). I don't know. I kept imaging him as Joel and it worked, but I also like Jim Carrey, oddly enough (because I don't generally like him). I couldn't picture Jim Carrey as Stan, though. I think the character just wasn't really fleshed out adn I found the dancing on the bed to be annoying. I didn't think Jim and Kate had great chemistry. But I loved the movie, just loved it.

I think Mark R. just oozes this sexy vulnerable vibe.. I can't get enough! He probably would have had more chemistry with Kate-- he's had good chemistry with the lead woman in every movie I've seen him in.. Even the terrible one that I rented and with Meg Ryan in "In The Cut." Time to google him!
