I didn't update yesterday, but at the end of my hospital visit and 2 IV drips, the IV thing that was in my arm (and embedded into the skin because of how tight the tape was - that explained the pain!) was removed after 4 days of being in

That's awful about Jagr being under observation. It really did sound like it was just a freak accident - I guess with how badly you ended up sick though because of it, it's necessary public health wise.
Are you back in Toronto now? Or still in Barrie?
