So, I have really sore legs from the dance classes this week - that capoeira one worked muscles I don't think I've used in a long time! And I don't think I stretched properly afterwards, because my legs are more sore than yesterday. So sore it hurts to bend down at the knees to pick something up

If I'm still sore tomorrow (day 3), I'll know that I should skip dance classes next week, but I think I'm doing better know. It's like the back/inside of the upper thigh, and I don't think I use those muscles enough - it was two days in a row of squats and kicks, and I think it was the actual "ginga" step that caused the discomfort - you sort of lean into a lunge, and an hour of that can be tiring on the legs :)
Thanks for the advice though. I'll grab an ice pack from the freezer, since I don't want any tears!
