How do you insert a link and make it pop up in a new window?  It doesn't seem to do it automatically when I make use the "insert/edit link" function.  Anyone know?  I figure I'll have to use HTML for it...

Thanks. I finally managed to Google it, but my key word searches weren't working well for me before.
