At least I understand what Reagan wanted as far as government goes now, as opposed to when I wrote my first Rhetorical and had no idea what I was bullshitting about. I'm pretty confident I can write this paper no problem. The broadside ruffles in feathers in that I'm not sure what I'm doing at all. Oh well
